Amelia Różycka

A graduate of Cultural Studies and postgraduate studies in Yoga and Relaxation at the University of Physical Education in Warsaw. Certified Aqua aerobics instructor, participant of many training courses combining fitness with mental training for years. During classes, she ensures a good atmosphere and a variety of exercises tailored to each participant. Privately, she is passionate about swing dancing and slow jogging.

Anna Szałkowska

Certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor with many years of experience. She started in the last century ;) She is constantly training and training younger instructors. Its areas include health-promoting, functional, strengthening, mobilization, breathing and relaxation training. She has a definitely health-promoting approach. She pays special attention to correct exercise and breathing.

A specialist in body & mind classes (e.g. healthy spine, pilates, yoga), where she exudes peace. She approaches each client with attentiveness, teaching conscious work with the body and breathing.

It also has another face: a volcano of energy. Anna reveals them during more intense classes (e.g. aqua, tbc).
Regardless of whether you want to get tired or prefer quiet movement, and regardless of your age and fitness level, under Ania's care you can discover the joy of movement :)
