Anna Szałkowska

Anna is an aqua fitness instructor. She fully engages herself in coaching both slow aqua and aqua power. Anna also coaches body and mind classes like pilates, healthy spine prophylaxis, yoga, and harmony. Anna focuses on health and safety during her classes but manages to make them fun as well. She loves to see people smile because, to her, people are most important. Human interaction is what drives most of her passions and one of those passions is sport. Anna’s adventure with sports began when, as a girl she was a track and field athlete. She began sharing her passion for sports as a sport animator over 25 years ago. She regularly attends sports and fitness seminars to increase her expertise. Movement is one of the key tools to increase one’s quality of life. Anna is a prime example of this rule. Systematic and well-designed exercise regimen allowed her to return to health after a difficult illness and resulting spinal surgery. Thanks to this experience she is able to share her good energy and motivate others to overcome their limitations and fears. Classes with Anna are exciting filled with fun energy. They will charge up your day!
